As a psychologist I am asked to intervene in conflicted workplaces to identify what the problems are that are creating an unhealthy workplace and to propose solutions to restore working relationships and improve staff morale.
I do this through a combination of counselling interviews and workplace analysis. By giving employees the opportunity to have their say about the problems in the workplace and collecting that information anonymously, I can identify areas that require change and how the company may best implement it.
This approach combines the two things I love most; my strengths as a researcher and my fascination with psychology. I use my research skills to organise knowledge/data/information collected from multiple sources into a form that reveals hitherto unknown insights, surprises, solutions and outcomes.
My strengths as a researcher are I’m insightful, creative and organised. My strengths as a psychologist are that I am analytical, thorough and focused. I’m easy to work with and will seek as much or as little input from you as you choose.

- NSW dept of Health
- Marrickville Council
- NSW Department of Gaming and Racing
- Streetwise
- NSW Department of Education
