Courses are conducted in Sydney CBD and Randwick and costs
vary for each venue (see below).
Sydney CBD $660 (gst incl) Includes lunch,
morning/afternoon teas (please advise of any special dietary
requirements), high spec desk top computers, course notes,
professional IT labs.
Randwick $660 (gst incl) course cost reduced
if you wish to bring your own laptop, please enquire. Includes
lunch, morning/afternoon teas, high spec laptop computer,
course notes, coneference style facilities. If bringing your
own laptop must have NVivo 8 or Nvivo 7 loaded and operational.
Please note: Payment is required to
secure your place in the course. Receipts will be sent
by email, together with your course confirmation and final

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled Course. Registrants will be offered three options:
• Book into a later course
• Transfer the registration to another person (notification in writing at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled program), or
• Be refunded their money.
Cancellations received less than five (5) working days prior to the scheduled program will not be refunded.
