Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled Course. Registrants will be offered three options:
• Book into a later course
• Transfer the registration to another person (notification in writing at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled program), or • Be refunded their money.
Cancellations received less than five (5) working days prior to the scheduled program will not be refunded.
